  • Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our garments as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in digital displays and fabric batches, we cannot guarantee that the physical product will perfectly match your screen.
  • Availability: All orders are subject to the availability of raw materials. If a specific fabric or garment is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • VAT: Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of VAT.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored.

  • Defective Goods: If a garment has a manufacturing defect, please notify us at info@melupiclothing.co.za within 7 days of receipt for a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Custom Orders: Please note that workwear customized with specific branding (embroidery/printing) or manufactured to non-standard specifications cannot be returned unless there is a material defect.
  • Change of Mind: For standard, non-customized items, returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are for the customer’s account.

All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, and images, is the property of Melupi Clothing. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without express written consent.

7. Privacy (POPIA Compliance)
