Thank you for shopping at Melupi Clothing. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, shipping typically takes:

  • 3 to 7 working days for delivery across South Africa.
  • Please note that deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take slightly longer than those to major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, etc.).
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Calculation

Shipping charges for your order are not fixed. Instead, they are calculated in real-time at the checkout page based on:

  1. The total weight of your parcel.
  2. The delivery address (Destination).

To see the exact shipping cost, please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details. The system will automatically generate the applicable rate before you finalise your payment.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Courier Partners

We partner with reputable local couriers to ensure your parcel arrives safely. Depending on your location and the size of your order, we may use providers such as The Courier Guy, Fastways, SkyNet or Internet Express.

5. Delivery Address Policy

  • We require a physical address for all deliveries (we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes).
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to sign for the parcel.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if no one is available to receive the package after multiple attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damages & Issues

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@melupiclothing.co.za within 48 hours of receipt. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
